I always go into Goodwill and other thrift stores to look for antique or used/cheap camera accessories or equipment.. usually unsuccessful. This past weekend I was in my local Goodwill and an antique Polaroid sun 600 camera caught my eye..

And I bought it! I can’t wait to get out and take some more pics with my little babe. making memories. Ever since I was a young child I’ve always wanted MY OWN Polaroid camera and I finally got it for $40 at Goodwill.

The film cartridges are so expensive but I think it’s worth it. We have all moved to the digital era and often forget the beauty of film photos. I love the old antique look my photos get, and having the option to hand your photos out is always a plus.

Please share some of your film photos. If you use any type of non digital camera let me know what kind and if you recommend it! I’ll post another blog post with some of my photos once I can get out and take some more.

Please check out my store as well and give my blog a follow!

Hello fellow photographers,

I am looking to upgrade from a Nikon D3400 to a Nikon D800 and figured an apparel campaign to contribute to the community would be a good idea. If you like bokeh and are a photography nut you might be interested in some things available in the Bokeh Baby Apparel Campaign. I am aiming to sell 50, so if you are interested just click the link below. Thanks for the support.

A beautiful park filled with ducks and swans the size of dogs. Filled with people a lot less fortunate than me, and people who are a lot more fortunate than me. A place where homeless people live, and rich people go to jog on their lunches. A place where talented folk perform for tips to help make ends meet. Regardless, I enjoyed the time with my fiance and daughter. I enjoyed seeing the performer’s, the rainbow stage, and taking the pictures. Left before the Florida summer rain started.
